MicroJiva Dairy (MJD) Home Yogurt Starters offers simple and sustainable solutions for culturing homemade, natural yogurt products with added probiotics made of carefully selected active strains that benefit gut and whole-body health. MJD Home Yogurt Starters can be used to make thick yogurts or drinkable yogurt to fit your needs. The option of plain or natural fruit flavors makes for a great taste and synergistic effect through prebiotic and probiotic effects.

MJD Probiotic Supplement is a unique probiotic blend that can be used to culture yogurt at home. It is available as capsules (MJD-YP-CB) or powder sachets (MJD-YP-SP) and in plain or flavored (banana, raspberry, coconut, mango or custom) forms.

MJD Yo-Dolce Yogurt Drink is a unique blend of bacterial strains that together act as a starter for a simple and tasteful yogurt drink that can be made at home. It is available in capsule (MJD-YD-CB) or powder sachet (MJD-YD-SP) form and comes as plain or flavored (banana, raspberry, coconut, mango or custom).

Suggested Use:

Quantity: The blister packs contain 10 grams of capsules. The cartons contain 10 sachets with 10 grams of probiotic granules in each sachet, for a total of 100 grams.

Directions: Heat 1 liter of milk to 180°F and let cool to 112-115°F. Add contents of the capsule/sachet on top of milk and stir thoroughly. Cover and let set for 8-12 hours or until desired consistency. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy! For drinkable yogurt, add milk to final mixture until desired consistency. Shake well and enjoy!

Storage Instructions: The product is stable at controlled room temperature and does not require refrigeration. However, it is recommended to store the product in a refrigerated or cool, dry place below 25°C.
